Excited to announce the start of a new project: VDM18, a new development at the waterside of Duivendrechtsevaart that responds to the growing demand for housing for students and young professionals in the Amsterdam region.
Designed in collaboration with Vurb architects, the project will feature around 400 short-stay studios with shared facilities including study rooms, sports amenities, and a rooftop terrace. The studios are integrated within a collective urban landscape, where building and surroundings are carefully interwoven to create public spaces, encourage community interaction, and support everyday livability.
Construction is set to start in 2026, contributing to the transformation of Werkstad Overamstel into a vibrant, inclusive urban district.
